Terms of use (summary)

AsliAaya is a directory and messaging service. Families and helpers agree on work and pay directly with each other.

Helpers never pay AsliAaya. Asking a helper or family for any fee or deposit is not allowed and leads to a ban.

Be truthful in your profile. No harassment, discrimination or sharing of other people's personal data.

Plans give access to phone numbers for the stated period; refunds within 7 days if unused as described in the app.

We can hide or remove profiles that break these rules; you can appeal in the app.
